Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This contract outlines the terms and conditions between Aryaveda (the "Company") and the Direct Seller (the "Seller") in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
1. Enrollment
By registering as a direct seller with Aryaveda, you enter into this contract and agree to abide by the Company's policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable laws governing direct selling in India.
2. Rights of the Direct Seller
- Right to purchase products at distributor prices
- Right to earn income through the Company's compensation plan
- Right to build a team and earn bonuses as per the income plan
- Right to access training materials and support
- Right to withdraw from the agreement at any time
3. Obligations of the Direct Seller
- Represent the Company and its products truthfully and ethically
- Not make false or misleading claims about products or income
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Complete KYC verification as required
- Not engage in unfair trade practices or pyramid schemes
- Respect customer rights including return and refund policies
4. Compensation Plan
The Company's compensation plan provides multiple income streams including Direct Reference Income, Team Performance Income, Sponsorship Income, Magic Income, Partnership Income, Repurchase Income, and Rank-based Rewards. Detailed terms are available on the member dashboard.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this contract by providing written notice. The Company may terminate the contract immediately in case of violation of the Code of Conduct, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.
6. Buyback Policy
In compliance with Direct Selling Rules, the Company shall buy back unused and marketable products from a direct seller who wishes to exit, at a price not less than 90% of the original purchase price, provided the products are returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved through the Company's internal grievance redressal mechanism. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
